Free online Pomodoro timer for study, work and workouts

PomodoroMode is a free Pomodoro timer that turns the Pomodoro Technique into a simple daily plan. Every Pomodoro has two separate circles: one for focus and one for break. Pick a Pomodoro such as 25/5 or 50/10, or create your own, add subjects like Maths and English with their own focus time, and the break time is added for you. Calm focus music from YouTube, a stopwatch and a countdown are one tap away.

Pomodoro timer for students

Give every subject its own minutes and Pomodoro length, and see exactly how long is left before the next subject starts.

Pomodoro for office and remote work

Use 50/10 or 60/10 Pomodoro blocks for deep work, emails and meetings, with a separate plan for each category.

Pomodoro for gym and yoga

Use HIIT or Tabata intervals, or set your own work and rest times for workouts, stretching and meditation.

How the Pomodoro Technique works

  1. Choose one task or subject.
  2. Start a Pomodoro: 25 minutes of focused work.
  3. Take a 5 minute break when the focus circle is full.
  4. After four Pomodoros, take a longer 15–30 minute break.

Pomodoro FAQ

What is a Pomodoro timer?

A Pomodoro timer splits work into focused sessions, traditionally 25 minutes, separated by short breaks.

How long is one Pomodoro?

Is PomodoroMode free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, and your plans stay in your browser.

Does the Pomodoro timer stay accurate in another tab?
